Each month, the fabrics used for our lingerie may vary to offer a diverse range of styles and designs. Most of our sets are crafted from a blend of nylon, spandex, and polyester, ensuring both comfort and quality.

What is an LOA box?

The LOA subscription box is the most convenient way to get new underwear and more delivered to you on a schedule that works for you.

For an important clothing piece that an underwear is, many people procrastinate with ordering for new ones and would rather not be bothered with the whole process.

That's where we come in as your personal stylists. We'll take care of it all. Plus with every recurring LOA Box order, you get pieces on discounted prices and FREE shipping!

How do I set up an LOA box?

Choose from our various box offers, we suggest every 3 months (the Quarterly box). You will immediately be sent a STYLE PROFILE QUIZ. Once you fill out your Style Profile and submit, our dedicated in-house styling team will work on matching you up with our bestselling products based on your style & fit preferences.

You will receive a box with a curated selection of LOA sets, personalized to suit your taste. This includes the new month's collection, bra & panty sets, sleepwear, lingerie, panty packs, etc. Don't worry you can swap colors and sizes before the 15th of every month.

Order arrives at your doorstep at the beginning of every month. If you order before the 10th day of current month, your box will arrive the beginning of the next month. If you order after the 10th day, you will receive our order the following month. Please contact us for any express orders requests.

Each month, we will ask for your feedback and special requests to improve your box curation. The more feedback you give, the more we learn about your preferences and the better we can curate your box.

How do Subscription payments work?

You will be charged immediately for the box you are ordering. Subsequent charges will be deducted from you same day, the next quarter, bi-annually or annually. Depending on the plan you choose.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You can change or cancel your plan.

If you want you change your plan to another one after your payment has been deducted or just before the delivery of the next box, send an email to us a hello@loveojimba.com and we'll help you sort it out. Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription and order a new subscription service.

If you want to cancel your subscription, check your Paystack receipt sent to you by email and look for the prompt. If you encounter an issues, please feel free to send us an email to help.

How long does Shipping take for subscriptions ?

Boxes are shipped 3-5 business days before they are due so you can open those fresh goodies at the beginning of the month.

Can I return an item in my box?

Love everything in your box? Perfect! We're all about finding looks that match your style & personality.

However, if there’s anything that’s not perfect, you can send us an email and let us know what you’d like to return. You're eligible for one free return and exchange.

NB: This only applies to bras, loungewear and accessories. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PANTIES AND BRIEF SHORTS. Please check our size and fit page to make sure you order the right size. Please do not assume, we work with your measurements

How can I cancel my subscription service?

Cancelling your LOA box subscription is easy and hassle-free. Simply contact hello@loveojimba.com. .

Shipping

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Several of our items are made to order so please allow 2 weeks production period before order is sent out for delivery. If items are labelled ready-to-wear/ship then they will be dispersed and can be expected within 3-5 business days of placing order (Please allow longer for International orders).
