How do I set up an LOA box?
Choose from our various box offers, we suggest every 3 months (the Quarterly box). You will immediately be sent a STYLE PROFILE QUIZ. Once you fill out your Style Profile and submit, our dedicated in-house styling team will work on matching you up with our bestselling products based on your style & fit preferences.
You will receive a box with a curated selection of LOA sets, personalized to suit your taste. This includes the new month's collection, bra & panty sets, sleepwear, lingerie, panty packs, t-shirt bras, legwear, activewear, and seasonal items like swimwear! Don't worry you can swap colors and sizes 30 days before order ships.
Each month, we will ask for your feedback and special requests to improve your box curation. The more feedback you give, the more we learn about your preferences and the better we can curate your box.

How do Subscription payments work?
You will be charged immediately for the box you are ordering. Subsequent charges will be deducted from you same day, the next month, quarterly, bi-annually or annually. Depending on the plan you choose.
How do I manage my subscriptions?
You can change or cancel your plan.
If you want you change your plan to another one after your payment has been deducted or just before the delivery of the next box, send an email to us a hello@loveojimba.com and we'll help you sort it out. Otherwise, you can cancel your subscription and order a new subscription service.
If you want to cancel your subscription, check your Paystack receipt sent to you by email and look for the prompt. If you encounter an issues, please feel free to send us an email to help.

How long does Shipping take for subscriptions ?
Shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Can I return an item in my box?
Love everything in your box? Perfect! We're all about finding looks that match your style & personality.
However, if there’s anything that’s not perfect, you can send us an email and let us know what you’d like to return. After that, ship back any items for FREE for you first box using the shipping label contained in your box.
NB: This only applies to bras, loungewear and accessories. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PANTIES AND BRIEF SHORTS. Please check our size and fit page to make sure you order the right size. Don't assume, we work with measurements in the lingerie industry and so they are very important.
You can also book a virtual fitting, if you're unsure of your size.
