Care Instructions

We recommend hand washing all your undergarments to keep them in the best possible condition. Lingerie that is washed in a machine along with other everyday garments can be damaged; the colors of the fabric can even be altered if not washed together with similar colored garments.

We advise using lukewarm, soapy water to wash your lingerie. This can be left to soak for up to half an hour, before being rinse cleaned and left to dry by air. It is never advised to put any type of undergarment in the tumble dryer – the extremely hot air can misshapen elastics and shrink fabric.

For those times when you must machine-wash your lingerie, clip the hook and eye of any bra together and lie flat in a mesh lingerie bag to protect it from other clothing – wash on a cool setting to ensure as little impairment to the shape of the lingerie as possible.

Size Guide

How do I measure my Waist?

Bend to the side to find the natural indentation in your torso; this is your natural waist. Run a tape measure around your natural waist line keeping the tape parallel to the floor. This is your waist measurement.

How do I measure my Bust?

Run a tape under your arm, across your shoulder blades at back and around the fullest part of your bust at front. keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. This is your bust measurement.

How do I measure my Hips?

Run a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, approximately 7-9 inches below your natural waistline. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor. This is your hip measurement.

How do I get my Bra size

When taking measurements, be sure to stand up straight and exhale fully.

Under bust
Measure body circumference directly under the bust with the tape measure parallel to floor.
Round the measurement to the nearest inch, rounding down if you are at the 1⁄2" mark. If your
measurement is an even number, add 4", and if it is an odd number, add 5". This is the band size.

Full bust
Measure body circumference at the fullest part of the bust while wearing a bra that is
supportive yet out of a relatively thin fabric. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Derive Cup Size by subtracting the band size from the full bust measurement. If the full bust is 36"
and the band size is 34", the difference is 2". Based on the cup chart below, this is a B cup. If you are
in between sizes, use the larger size.

What is Sister Sizing?

One of the most wonderful bra hacks ever created is the use of “Sister Sizes”. Every bra size has several “Bra Sister Sizes”- these are sizes where the cup volume stays the same even though the band size and cup letter change. It’s a common misconception that the larger the cup size, the larger the bra, no matter what the band size (i.e. a 40G is larger than a 46D, a 34C is larger than a 38A, etc.). However, this is not the case. During the bra manufacturing process the same exact bra cup may be paired with different band lengths to create multiple bra sizes. For example, the same exact cup is used to make 46D, 44DD, 42E, 40F, and 38FF bras!

Knowing your bra’s sister sizes can help you find your best fit when buying bras that run smaller or larger than normal. Look to the chart on our blog post to easily find your bra sister size.
